Massage
Our training and natural inclinations lead us to use massage as a form of feedback- allowing your body to tell the story of what's going on, and what needs to be done.
We focus our time on structural integration procedures, thorough evaluations, as well as Neuromuscular, Myofascial, and Trigger Point therapies that help restore the nervous and muscular systems to their intended functioning.

To truly know freedom from pain, we have to do more than create space and restore the nervous and muscular connections in your body.
You have to retrain your body to move correctly
in that new space.
Corrective exercise does just that, and is the final step in completely resetting your body- allowing you full movement freedom again.

Our classes are designed to not only help you remove pain and improve movement, but also to teach you the skills needed to correctly assess movement breakdown in the early stages, and allow you to begin
correcting it on your own.
