I've had to deal with movement loss and physical pain myself, and I know first-hand how frustrating it is! (The worst was after my knee surgery when I had to be on crutches for 12 weeks- yes, 12 weeks!). And I even know how frustrating it is to do what PT tells you, only to find little relief and/or end up with other problems!
The exercises I was given ended up leading to back and shoulder complications that would have lead me right back to their office, and put more strain on my calendar and checkbook- if I didn't know how to make the right corrections on my own!
And that's how I learned that what I know is so valuable and needed.
