Having to be on crutches for 12 weeks after a knee surgery, and being physically limited because of a bulging disc both left me angry and depressed. PT helped but it also led to problems in other areas that now needed care and attention.
These secondary complications would have led me right back to the PT office, and put more strain on my calendar and checkbook- if I didn't know how to make the right corrections on my own!
