We met as massage therapists, but our love of science (and helping our clients feel better) has spurred our educational and professional paths beyond massage.

I have been a massage therapist for over 15 years, and have spent my time working in a variety of settings (mostly chiropractic clinics and spas) before deciding to work on my own. In each setting, I found my strength was being able to clearly identify the root cause of the movement symptoms each client faced, and being able to give them an accurate (and simple) path forward. I completed my advanced training at the Academy of Natural Therapy, and later added to my training by completing my Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science at the University of Northern Colorado.
I've been captivated by muscles and nerves ever since my first anatomy class. And drawn to massage long before that. But the thing that drives me most is bringing families together.
Being in pain causes you to lose energy, focus, and patience. It's isolating. Time that could be spent with loved ones is now spent taking naps or going to bed early, taking medicine that can be disorienting and harmful, and/or being distracted thinking of how to get relief. I've gone through this cycle as both a child and a parent, and it's devastating from both perspectives. I don't want that for you. I want you to feel not just quick relief, but relief that lasts.
So you can get back to doing what you really love, with the ones you love.
I've been a massage therapist since 2010, with eight years spent at MBI/WorkWell working exclusively as a medical massage therapist on work-related injuries. I completed my advanced training at the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in Colorado Springs, and over the years I have continued my education and experience working with athletes, geriatrics, and everyone in between.
Anatomy and fitness have become a passion for me, and have directed my educational pursuits. My specialty lies in injury recovery and injury prevention- I want you to know what it feels like to move without pain, and (much like my wife) I want you to learn how to maintain that feeling on your own. I have a special place in my heart for those living with mobility syndromes and deficits that most therapists toss their hands up at.
If you are struggling, and have been told not to hope for much improvement, I would love to work with you.

NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT STUFF
We met through work, and our love affair began one month later.
Cassandra started massaging family members at age 5.
Like true science nerds, we enjoy spending our free time researching and discussing movement theory.
Alex turned away from a career in art, and a job in a distribution center to pursue his calling in massage.
Our #1 goal is always to see our clients feel better after treatment than they were
even before their pain started.
