BodyCare

Quick, zone-specific, follow-along style foam rolling and stretching classes designed to ease tension and improve mobility

30- minute sessions
 alternating between lower-Body and Upper-Body Focus

$8/person
(paid in-person)

10 person max
(please RSVp in advance)

  • Are wearing a cast/brace to restrict mobility (as prescribed by a Dr)
  • Have pitting edema
  • Are dealing with an ACUTE injury (less than 1 week old and has a specific point of origin/cause)
  • Are looking for more personalized direction/guidance (we have other options for you!)



Do NOT take this class if you:
  • Must be able to get onto and up from the floor unassisted.
  • Personal foam roller required (available for purchase if needed; due to the hygienic nature of the materials and designs used, communal rollers will not be available)
